Le Spianate

The zone of Spianate is found in Castiglioncello only 2kms from the sea. The sea view apartrnent (located in via Dora Riparia, 18) is on the first floor of a holiday home, and has a secure parking area. This 60 square metres apartment is ideal for 5 people and consists of a kitchen and living room area, bathroom (with small bath), two bedrooms and a terrace. Of the two available bedrooms, one contains a double bed and the other three singles. The terrace allows a stunning view over the sea to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and also Corsica. The places nearby to swim are numerous. From Castiglioncello to Quercianella and Livorno thecoast is lined with cliffs and rocky pools. For those who love white sandy beaches, the costal areas between Vada and Rosignano are ideaI. At Castiglioncello there are numerous bathilg establishments with all the comforts that could be required, there is also a good range of shops, night clubs, sporting grounds, tourist offices, a railway station, bus services and much more.

The price is inclusive of electricity and the consumption of gas in the kitchen and for the water heater. The price does not include heating which would be added to the tariff. A fee of € 30 is to be paid by the clients when leaving the apartment in a state that requires a cleaning service. The deposit required with every weekly reservation will be between € 80 a € 180 depending on the season. On arrival the balance will be required plus a caution of € 100. The caution will be returned on the moming of departure if all is in order. The renting terms are weekly, which is calculated from Saturday to Saturday. Guests will be welcomed between 16.00 and 18.00 Saturdays and are required to leave the apartment between 8.00 and 10.00 the following Saturday. In the apartment there aren't sheets and towels.
